Additional Information:  he bought the account on January 9. 19 days later, he asked me for a new account. and PayPal opened the dispute. As I wrote in the rules , I don't guarantee if there's a problem after we've sold the account in a working way. but this idiot wrote 19 days later and demanded an account.I have an IP email and other information about it. I want it banned in all stores. and I don't know how I can win against PayPal disput. If anyone knows, they can help. Thanks
