Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Twitch Adbot + 10 proxies 125$

Additional Information:Paid for ad bot worked only 1 day and proxies got blocked .. next day nothing working and said wait for twitch!!!!!
This is the second time I open the scam report, the other report was closed with banning the user .. but the user messages me again claiming that he refunded me and he never did!!!!!
@Liars how is it possible that you banned a user before for scamming me, and he is still able to use the forum and even messaging me saying that I have been refunded and asking me to remove my comments!
