Additional Information: He delivered 1 google cloud previously to this transaction, this one was locked and he never resolved
Crypto address for a refund:I'd like to get cloud service solved,its already paid for and he seems uninterested to fix the issue.

Hello. The reason I couldn't access my Telegram account was because I was sick and at work. First of all, if you look at my Google cloud sales thread, I did not talk about refunds etc. The subject owner does not want a refund either, thank you for that. The reason why the account is locked on the subject is that the account is locked when you enter from a different ip, do not process 3-4 days, or do not add an additional e-mail address. I have no fault in this. 

If you look at the screenshot, I checked the account and sent it on October 2, but it got back to me on October 5. Let the administrators decide who is guilty. I would also like to state that I will send an e-mail to google again for the solution of the problem.

I would like to state that i have bought 2 cloud accounts from the seller, first one was good and everything was fine, second one got instantly locked and he refuses to replace / makes some statements about emailing google and that i have to wait, i haven't paid to wait for a month to get shit resolved.

Your statement about me replying 3 days after has nothing to do with account itself, it was not touched during those three days since we were finishing our api and preparing to migrate.

I have plead to you for 10days warning you that i would open a scam report thread.
Your excuse " was sick and at work" has nothing to do with this, i have monitored telegram for at least 12-15hours a day and you would regularly become online every couple of hours, me messaging you in those hours would result in you ignoring me.

I will accept either a refund or cloud account but would prefer a cloud account.
