I am a new customer but i can say for sure both software and developer justify the hopes and trust.
Dev is almost online and happy to help with issues. Also he is ready for new requests and already implemented some than i asked to do (here i'm not saying that i was only one who thought about it, but the thing that project evolves before our eyes makes me happier). Bot has own [and unique] mechanism to get the accounts and it definitely worth the price. Dev has a safety tips but always be advised that if you come in this niche you probably should to think about your own strategy. Don't think that such kind of action will lead you to the moon in few months. Long and thorough preparation is the key to success, do not forget it. From my side i can advise to deal with.
