Can you make usernames available if the user was permanently banned? and transform their name into and uid or something? Maybe make them available for supreme and infinity+

You can get someone else's username(Tor) since you are a supreme member
Also the user has been inactive for 6 months, you should contact the admins(Darkness , KSZ).
