To use the accounts, you need to use a UK ip address

Free vpns and proxies are no good as the have already been used on paypal

If running multiple accounts keep track of your ips and never use the same ip for the different accounts


If you are going to use an email client to view you email messages, you MUST disable images in the email client or the accounts will get suspended quickly because the images from paypal contain information to track you


You can attach a UK bank to the paypal to withdraw, but never transfer money from the bank to paypal

When attaching a UK bank account to paypal, never accept the direct debit agreement as this will authorise paypal to take money from you bank if any problems

If you are going to change the passwords etc, do one at a time over a few days..... ie... change the password in 2 days time and after another 2 days you can change something else and a few days after that you can change something else etc

Never use the paypal app on your phone because paypal log the imei of the phone
