User @MaloneKemp purchased the Unlimited plan on UnlimitedSMS a few days back when we recently started doing some changes and needed to have some downtime. As I explained to user @MaloneKemp , throughout our conversation the user above was threatening our services reputation as well as not being happy with what he was hearing.

As it states in our ToS which he automatically accepted upon purchasing.

4. Sales.
Downtime occurs. You will get added 1.1 more days per days we are under maintenance. No refunds.

Now, for the conversation. User @MaloneKemp did not show the full conversation where I calmly responded to all his questions and concerns about the downtime.

The service was up and working fine a few days ago, this also invalidates the claim that it is a "scam scheme" as the user above says. 

User @MaloneKemp has simply not read our ToS before purchasing a plan and has not been keen on trying to resolve this issue for the both of us. He has negatively reputated me, added a post on the sales thread trashing it for further customers as well as now creating a scam report claiming false accusations to further ruin the image of UnlimitedSMS in which I do not take lightly.

In this case, the user above has unfortunately opened a scam report instead of trying to solve the issue on our end which leads to his account being terminated. Once again, the user above has accepted these terms and agreed when they were shown upon purchasing.
