If you go to the sellers bay, there’s many people that sell proxies for affordable prices and some accept custom countries/areas etc.

Usually I just put all the proxies into one big text file if they are the same type, eg Socks5 proxies all in one file, Https in another and so on, and then check them in openbullet, only cause I use proxies for cracking.

As you see, this tool mainly targets professionals. A casual user might find it all a bit confusing, and will perfectly do with non-downloadable online checkers.
