I was thinking about putting a bet, but this time I didn't.
My prediction is that Poirier will win because Poirier is more complete fighter (to me) and I think that it's very hard for McGregor to become what he was before. As I know he started training before few months, before he was playing with his "retirement." I'm not saying McGregor can't beat him. He can, but it all depends on his head in the fight.
