Supreme is this shoppy feedback issue or bug ?

yesterday customer buy malawarebyte keys and he gave positive review "keys works"

but in feedback counter its showing total 4 negative in real it should be 3 only....

its not a bug, when customers click the link to leave feedback, they can choose whether the review is positive or negative.
Even if someone gives 5 stars, they can still select the "negative" option.

Possibly your customer made a mistake and selected the wrong option, I suggest u contact him to get it changed.
