Screenshots of Communication: Link to HTML file, I contacted him through shoutbox and asked for pricing., We discussed how much I would buy., I send him the money, It confirmed days ago and he didn't bother giving me the 40 accounts.
Additional Information: i dont think hes a scammer but hes just really irresponsible and isnt taking care enough of his duty. his staff is even worse and i think he can confirm himself how his staff acted with me.
Crypto address for a refund: will provide if need be. other than that i just want my accounts
