Agreement
It was a mutually beneficial agreement for me to use the hits from his combos, then
to sell products and split the payment. in return for me sending him the configs.
reason(s) not to lift ban below
after I had first sent him the configs he stated they where not working. so I sent him the proper OB version to use.
he follows up with going inactive for WEEKS with barley any response.
Follows up with telling me he has logins, for the configs I had sent prior and that he tried just changing the agreement and have me pay for said hits. I had told him that, that was not the deal we agreed a-pon when I had sent him the configs he had tried telling me again they didn't work, and that he got other ones that did work.

whatever reason he was first banned is not related to this, I'm not looking for any compensation or any further actions to be done other than not lift the ban on him if he attempts to dispute it.
