so i was thinking the high member ranks who scammed people here for example

@Scammer he scam @victim for 500$ after he win the report   the staff or owner

he give the rank to member who get scammed that maybe will help him as he lost 500$ and all scammer awards, uid ,UG ...etc

tag exist to show members that member he got report that not resolved then member can't deal with him until he resolve the report

im talking about scammers who got banned, what victim he will got after he lost 500$ for example ??
