Amount or Item(s) Scammed:Hasnt Scammed as he sent me what i believe to be a infected config almost out of $100

Additional Information: i wanted to buy a working pp config he stated he had 2 one for 100 hwid and one for 500 captchaless open source i decided on the 100 dollar one but wanted to test the config to well make sure it worked when he sent me the config file it immediately gave chrome warning still kept it assuming whatever until i opened the file and its a bin folder w chrome browser exe which was reminisant to the warning about infected configs sooo here i am
Link to files i believe are infected can be sent in DMs to domerdator on off chance this isnt infected
