Go into livechat
Click:
- I need help signing in
- I fogot my xfinity id
- I still need help
They will direct you to an agent
Ask the agent if you can transfer you to the password reset department
Once they did ask if they can generate you a password reset code because you need help resetting your password because your out on business
They will ask for the primary account holder, ask them if its you or someone else
If they don't tell you who it is, just start naming relatives and they will confirm who it is
Once that happens they will ask for SSN or a security question.
