Additional Information: This user joined the DarkProxies Discord server at 20:38 UTC on Friday 29th April 2022, a minute later at 20:39 UTC he created an invite link to which he then used to make 32 bots join the DarkProxies Discord server.

@TakeMyLV2 then used these accounts in question to perform a mass DM raid on all the members within my server (clients and potential clients). This resulted in @TakeMyLV2sing my Discord server as a platform in order to advertise himself (for free). Many of the members in the DarkProxies Discord server are likely to have been given the impression that I trust @TakeMyLV2's tacky proxy service which is very misleading. Estimated damages from @TakeMyLV2 is $300. So $300 send to the BTC address below and a formal apology letter expressing genuine sorrow is needed.

This thread is not just to @TakeMyLV2 but also any other person who is thinking of performing a mass DM attack. Especially on DarkProxies.

Where did you get this number from? since when would a 300$ Advertisement be worth a server with not even 1k members,

but at the same time multiple of your members reported it? so for me that implies your customers have a iq of 10+ and they can assume when something is foreign.

Your discord user-List is PUBLIC for view, i did not Infiltrate your discord, i just used it as a way to message the PUBLIC users 
on display there. i DID NOT, intervene with any services, nore did i say MY service was better than yours but i must of said something
in the advertisement if it was "stealing customers"

before i end this reply, i'd also like to point out my website went through a DDOS attack, around the time @Armadyl (Denmarks Business partner)

First off, $300 would be a figure I would normally give to anyone who would want to advertise in any of my servers regardless of the member count, if someone didn't like that figure then they'd not advertise via my server. You however decided to DM advertise without permission from myself or my partners. Furthermore, as we both sell proxies there is a more than likely chance that you'd steal clients and potential customers from me, I've seen it occur with my friend's services when they've become a victim of a mass DM attack.

Secondly, just because I received a few reports pointing out you're DM advertising doesn't mean there's not other members cannot distinguish whether or not I support your business. Even though the Discord server is public it doesn't mean you're allowed to do what you want, for example, it's like McDonalds deciding to setup a shop within a Burger King because the Burger King is a "public" space. McDonalds may argue that they were merely selling in a public space and weren't saying their food was better, however, this still doesn't excuse what they did, right?

Finally, that DDoS attack could've been carried out to anyone you DM'd, someone must've been annoyed you DM'd them, I'd chalk it up to a coincidence.

nor is there a means of reasonably calculating the cost of damages which were sustained by the reporting party;

abusive behavior towards another member, and/or malicious/abusive behavior/action(s) towards another member's services which they provide on the forum.
Due to accused having committed the aforementioned violations the accused party will be sanctioned in fair accordance with the pertinent infraction(s).

Verdict:
The accused will sanctioned by temporary account suspension.
If the accused is to be found guilty of any future infraction(s) of this nature it may result in a permanent account suspension.
