I'll keep it short:
First you have to download and extract dnSpy. Then you open it and select File > Open and then the converter's .exe file. Right-Click the exe in the right side-bar and select Go to starting point. You'll be redirected to the Main Sub of the rogram. There in the line after after the "Try", simply replace everything after the = with False. Press CTRL+S to save. If it doesn't work, try starting dnSpy as admin.
