The capital's police caught up with a hacker who was involved in the work of MBC service centers and sold e-cards to his clients for 1000 hryvnia. of the Ukrainian Police Department, together with operatives of the Department of Internal Security of Ukraine in cooperation with police officers of the Cyber Police Department , for assistance to the Head Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and for procedural care Golosiivsky District Prosecutor's Office.
Pre-trial investigations have established that the criminal, through a telegram bot, solicited “clients” who intended to quickly obtain a ticket to withdraw services from MBC service centers.
Next, the person, using a powerfully created program, entered the robot of the government’s electronic communication system and thus “swept” the work session of other clients on the site to issue a coupon in the name of his client. In this way, the electronic record of real koristuvachs was blocked, and in place of this, a draft was created for the removed deputy.
The price for one electronic card coupon started at 1000 hryvnia. During the day, a person generated at least a hundred coupons for work, and the distributions were issued in unprepared form on bank cards.
The police detained the defendant at the order of Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He showed up with a previously unconvicted citizen of the Kiev region. As a result of the man's hesitation, investigators carried out a sanctioned search, as a result of which they obtained computer equipment that installed programs that were responsible for criminal activities and pennies.
Investigators informed the suspect about the suspicion in part 5 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - unauthorized transfer of information and communication systems into the work, which caused disruption of the established order of routing, created in the minds of the military camp.
The court then ordered the suspect to leave under house arrest. The person is threatened with the reduction of freedom for lines up to fifteen rocks with the reduction of the right to seize singing plantations and engage in singing activities for lines up to three rocks.
