I know how you feel. I just paid off my LG Optimus Dynamic today, and I am waiting for it to be unlocked so it can be used on T-Mobile's network. I've been with Tracfone for years, and never had any problems with them before. I was looking at the site and it doesn't seem to say anything about when they will unlock your phone or if they will. It just says that once you have paid off your phone, it will be unlocked automatically within a certain amount of time.

You should have gotten a message on the phone stating that you have fully paid off the phone and that you will receive an email once it is unlocked. Just give them your serial number and they should be able to tell you unless they don't have that information available in their system yet. If you are still within your first year of service with Tracfone, then there is a good chance that your phone will be unlocked by the time that year is up. They usually unlock phones within the first couple of weeks after your anniversary date because people want to switch carriers when their contracts are up anyway. Either way, I hope this helps!
