you can get a better cpm by changing this header
Accept-Encoding
to 
Accept-Encoding: identity

Why does it give you a 40% boost? 
well it give you a better CPM because your computer wont decompress data which is cpu intensive

I don't. But there's no point in being rude. I picked a random config and checked if i could do your "trick" but all i could see was "Accept: */*" so I didn't get it and replied so i could understand. Guess i should have used a question mark.

you're right. I was rude.

Anyways if you do not see this line, just add the line your self
Accept-Encoding: identity

the "Accept" http-header, is simple just another http-header.
So ignore it.

one down side is if your proxies have bandwidth limit, this will drain it faster.

You my friend are a genius. This little trick worked a treat. I was doubtful at first and thought it would ruin my config but it didnt.
