GENERAL RULES

- In any circumstances even if goods are delivered and confirmed you take the risk of losing them if there is police raid or they get stolen by drop, we mention this not because it happens often but because we want to be open about our business to you as a customer and we will always try our best to retrieve your goods if anything goes wrong.
- Tracking ID can't be manipulated in any way before drop have received and sent delivered goods to you.
- We accept any goods that are not prohibited or bulky, that are up to 50 lbs.
- You must provide tracking before the delivery of the item or the item won't get accepted.
RESHIP RULES

- The cost of a reship for one parcel delivered to the address of the drop is 80$/$90/$100 depending on the plan you have picked.
- If one order was sent with two or more tracking's, it will be counted as multiple tracking's so you will need to pay 80$/$90/$100 per tracking depending on the plan you have picked.
- For goods forwarding we accept any goods that are not prohibited or bulky, that are up to 50 lbs.
- Labels for the shipment of your items are made by yourself. Labels must be uploaded within 24 hours of the drop confirming delivery. Labels are only accepted after service has been paid fully for reship.
- Labels must be sent in .pdf format with the courier's service name and tracking number - UPS 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.pdf
- Only accepted labels are UPS and FEDEX, all other ones will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- IMPORTANT! Labels can't be made from the drop address, please choose shipped from address within a radius of 3 miles from the drop address otherwise label won't be accepted.
- IMPORTANT! Reship/forward label must be provided within the first 24hr of receiving the package, if it takes longer, the service is not responsible for it.
Additional costs If:
- If the weight of the parcel exceeds the allowed 50 lbs., the additional % will depend on the weight of the parcel, size, price, etc.
- If the parcel is large and the courier has to order a pickup of the parcel from home, as he is not able to carry it in his hands or put it in the car.
- If delivery is made on Saturday or Sunday, additional costs of staying home will be incurred.
Additional expenses:
- If you need to have someone at home to pick up your parcel with a signature.
- The parcel could not be delivered to the courier's address and had to be picked up from the post office.
- If the product was made from a shop prohibited by the service or a prohibited product was sent, in this case, the service also reserves the right not to pick it up.
- At the moment of accepting the products of Apple, you must pay an additional fee of +$50. That's because we pay extra money to our couriers so they won't be tempted to steal or switch them, and so you can get any Apple product in pristine condition.
BUYING UP RULES

Goods we are not paying for!
- We are not gonna buy any used, refurbished, or remanufactured goods.
- We are not gonna buy goods made on credit BML (Bill Me Later).
- We are not gonna buy goods from the list of blacklisted shops & products.
- We are not gonna buy goods without ASIN on amazon.com
- We are not gonna buy goods if the box is opened as there is no warranty for it, you can make a decision to reship it or send it to recycling.
- We are not gonna buy goods if it's over 50lbs or not transportable or pick able by one person (drop).
- We are not gonna buy goods that are damaged, broken, or wrinkled as they are not possible to subject to further sale. If only the shipping box is damaged, in 99% of cases it can be repaired.
- We will only buy goods we have agreed on before delivery to drop.
Conditions when we won't pay!
- Force majeure in the form of calls, letters, and visits from store employees, postal services, police, and detectives that results in loss of items.
- Drop has been informed about the scheme and has quit their job.
- Goods without tracking numbers or tracking numbers are given only after delivery, most of the time drop gets these goods and they are processed.
- Returned to sender packages not gonna be paid for.
- If the drop couldn't get the parcel the first time, the service is not responsible for turning the parcel around. But if more delivery attempts are possible, we will do it ourselves and make sure that the drop gets the parcel.
- If the drop is required to show an ID for the name in which the parcel arrived in order to pick it up. In this case, we are not responsible for this, but we will try to pick up your parcel by proxy for additional costs.
- If goods were stolen not by drop.
- If the goods were left on the porch, at the door, in the yard, or anywhere else. Claims that the drop did not accept the parcel are not accepted.
Compensations!
- The goods are sent to the warehouse, but the drop has switched the contents: 15% of goods costs are paid.
- The drop stops communicating and gives no explanation: 15% of goods costs are paid.
- The goods came from the drop to the collector damaged, but the drop had it without any damage (there is a possibility that the parcel was damaged in transit): the service reserves the right not to compensate for this parcel.
- The goods were lost at the post office, even if the fault of the postal worker: the service reserves the right not to compensate for this parcel.
- If you have requested pickup and it failed, there are no compensations.
- You always can ask for proof if something has happened and we couldn't pay you.
PENALTIES

- If you send goods that are in credit and not paid fully, you get a penalty for the full price of the item.
- If goods from BLACKLISTED SHOPS & PRODUCTS are received, the penalty will be defined by the administration of the service.
- Not respectful communication with service administration will instantly terminate your plan and ongoing shipments without any refunds.
- There will be a penalty for sending goods to drop without administration knowledge.
