The trick is quite simple and it may not be as cheap as buying access to a Drive folder with an outdated Course or access to a "shared" account BUT it is more comfortable and on your own account (must be fresh account).

All you need is:
- VCC, Turkey one like FUP is suggested but it might work with any kind of VCC just give it a try. In my case it even worked fine with Revolut.
- VPN for Turkey country, only required when creating the account.

Steps:
1. Turn on VPN and open Incognito tab.
2. Create Udemy account, make sure your account has Turkish Lires as currency like in the next picture.

3. Now you can turn off the VPN and no need to use it anymore, not even on re-sub for the Personal Plan or when buying Courses.
4. Make sure to turn off any AdBlock extension, Track blocking, etc... and procced to payment.
5. Done.

Courses with normal price for $7.50


Personal Plan for as low as $4.80 per month paying 1 year sub (around 50$)


My suggestion, find someone, could be a friend or a college, co-worker, your father, etc.... and share the expenses of monthly subscription and pay less than $2 each month for +12.000 courses.

Keep it simple, stupid.
