Unable to edit Award listing

When I click on edit, the small loading bars in the center appear for a few seconds but I'm not getting prompted to the editing page (https://i.imgur.com/7S8bRl7.png)
Same happens when pressing the Edit button in "My Awards" page (https://i.imgur.com/AlhzEhw.png)

Editing signature listings works fine.
