Im not sure if it is the right section to post this kind of stuff, but ive created an account (@Singleton) couple months ago, i was pretty active in the Coding section.
When im trying to log in i receive the message:
"We have noticed that you haven't logged in in a very long time, please reset your password"
I tried to reset the password, but when i try to log in i receive the same message again.
Maybe because i was not active too much?
Im not sure how to fix this and i dunno who should i ask for support
Anyway i wanted to upgrade my account now that i gathered some BTC, is it possible to fix it somehow?
i tried to log in and click on the upgrade but it doesnt allow me to proceed.
