The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned the monumental Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion across the America.

The 6-3 decision in Dobbs v.s. Jackson Women’s Health Organization on Friday followed the early May leak of a draft opinion indicating which way the justices would rule. That leak prompted protesting across the nation, particularly in Washington, D.C. as well as dozens of attacks and vandalism of pro-life organizations, centers, and churches.

This is likely to lead to the fracture of the United States due to the large differences between red and blue states.

The great thing is that California's abortion rights are becoming very strong and we may be able to push for after-birth abortion and lower than age 15 gaining access to abortions without parental consent.

Yes there is a very good case for making this legal:

That's fucked up.

Actually moreso the current situation is.

Looking at places like Skid Row in Los Angeles we can see many people who were once born but are now forgotten by their parents and society. There is too heavy a focus on quantity of life when it should be on quality. Sterilization should be the primary goal but there needs to be options still at any point in time and there is no reason to have the arbitrary barrier of birth on abortion. Children with heavy genetic defects or who may live in extreme poverty may need to be aborted to prevent suffering. Preventing abortion in the first place can be done by allowing procedures like vasectomies and tubal litigations but these are currently still too difficult to get.

We need more reforms like Project Prevention, where this women paid drug users to become sterilized:
