This method is very obvious and requires a brain with knowledge about Xbox's new Microsoft Edge Browser.

No Hide Tags = Free Knowledge

Although you do not need additional equipment, you must have a windows rdp provider that supports HTML5 VNC connections
Because the most updated xbox microsoft edge browser supports html5 you can connect to this directly in the browser
Xbox Microsoft Edge Web Browser also has keyboard and mouse support which allows you to also use keyboard and mouse via HTML5 VNC
Untested with Xbox Controller, will test later and update.
