User Keplar Visa Gift Card scam

So user Keplar offer in the marketplace $25 for $100 for Visa Gift Card. Said will have the confirmation the next day. Never got the confirmation. Went back to look for the seller but the discord account no longer exist, the google form no longer open, and his telegram account got deleted. Went back to his post 2 days later and found that his telegram works again. Messaged him and says he does visa gift cards so I said I had an order with him and from there I would message him 2 more times the next day and 2 more times the day after that. He would read them but stopped replying. I messaged another person that mentioned they used the sellers service and confirmed that they sent money to to same cashapp user. I have attached pictures of the proof that I have.
