Username changing.

Hello, I'm having an issue with username changing, Back to June 20 I was trying to create an account with the username "Meowyyayd" but the signing up gave me an error saying "You can't create more than one account in a year" so I remembered I have this account and I was willing for an upgrade, So I upgraded and now I'm trying to change my username to "Meowyyayd" but it said that there's already an account with that name, So I went and checked up, Turns out the account was created when it told me "You can't create more than one account in a year", I have the total control of both accounts, I was trying to find if there's a way to delete my unupgraded account so I can change the username of this one to "Meowyyayd", But turns out I can't do anything but request a ban on that account, But I guess that won't help since the username will still linger taken by a banned account, If you can please delete that account or change the username of it to anything or maybe switch the usernames of the both accounts,
