Using custom ciphers in python requests

Hello guys, I need some help please 

I want to use this cipher in a python request with requests module: TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

This is how my code looks like:

My main problem is cloudflare 1020 use "cookies", but it doesn't work with postman sometimes, unless I use cipher, also somehow I can send request with ob or c# system.net without any problems.
