Greatest? Those are hardly the "greatest" songs by those respective artists.

However, as far as songs that are kick-ass, you made a decent list so far. As far as the "pop" genre goes, Im not sure what it is exactly. I always differentiated pop from rock, but it looks like your interpretation is that rock is a subset of pop, which makes sense too.

like Queen, their "greatest" song is probably "Bohemian Rhapsody," along with a few other iconic songs. "Dont Stop Me Now" just hasnt reached that same level of legendary status, although that says nothing about what would be best to put on a playlist.
