Due to alot of spammers, and ULQ people advertising ULQ things and spamming, vote ban/kick users from SB! Solves all problems, user spamming vote ban, vote bans can only last 12 hours, if a vote ban is done without proper measures users who voted on it get punished instead.

Group of friends my team up and abuse this feature.
To avoid abuse and enforce abuse punishment, we will have to log all sb messages which is risky,
