Want someone to design my website for me

Its running on wordpress and already has a good theme installed. Its just i dont know what to put on the website, what to make the website about.

I need someone to come up with legit legal idea and pitch it to me and design theme of site, i.e fill in the already set theme widgets with words and add pictures, add links, add proper contact details but the theme i chose, stays. Maybe you might have change some colours on the website.

for something legit you will pay a lot of money ;) best to practice on your own and do some research. That is also better in the long run as you can update it yourself!!
