Hey, I don't know who Yama/Sylvie is, but I do know who Pir is. Known the dude about 7 months. Ye has always been super professional and willing to help. He is staff at several big shops, and I have night from most of those he works at. He is always a great helper. Once, I bought a Hilton account and the room got cancelled the night before my stay, but he helped me and got me a replacement ASAP and was super professional and nice about it. I don't know why you would call him DWC without any proof, but either way, please, do choke on my nuts good sir.
