I have fibromyalgia. Sometimes mine goes into remission; however, mine has been doing overtime. Joints, muscles, and bones are affected. Look it up. Tramadol and also some creams help, such as CBD. Sometimes my upper back feels like a hot curling iron is on it. Prayers
