if you don't know what to do with them so do nothing:) these site just have some vulnerabilities like xss(inject scripts) or rfl(remote file from server) , etc and they are useful for someone who looking for vulnerable sites not for someone who looking for dumping combos

idk abt rfi but with xss you can like write a small java script malicious code and steal other peoples cookies etc
