What cause cancellation of my orders across every single websites?

Some backgrounds, I have Otco Anti-detect browser, clean residential with ultra low fraud score, for card I mainly use Wise vcc or just get a new physical debit card from my banks. I can totally understand that Amazon cancel on my order with avs with stealth accounts, but I really dont understand why other websites like the north face, stubhub, walmart, apple, even fucking adidas and nike are all cancelling my orders. I am using my own place for address and it is 100% clean since I just moved in recently and I had this problem since like 2019. And I also know that my name isnt blacklist (although merchants cant really black list your name I know) cuz my person amazon account is working just fine. Does anyone here know how I can fix this?
