It's very simple also the Font has no effects or something but for your first one its good :)

It looks good, but and I'm not sure if it's the way it's posted but the logos for paypal and bitcoin look streteched so maybe find some high res ones and scale them to fit.

Looks decent but its way too stretched

Paypal and Bitcoin logos are too stretched, the blue-ish background looks stretched as well, Ubisoft's logo resolution is too low, I can see the 1 pixel Minecraft's logo border, the font is fine.
