YO guys i am trying to make a new config for a website with fiddlr and i am getting this information

I haven't done a basic auth. site in a while but I THINK that's what it means? Maybe someone more knowledgeable on that site will see this and comment?

where do i put that? In the POST data of my config? also wouldnt I wanna DECODE the password in my config not encode one?
