What is a good budget?

Hi ! What is a good budget to begin with in refunding? What do you suggest to easely refund in order to sell, gain profit and refund more? I am newbie in this kind of "art" xD

I mean you can start off with refunding airpods pro or some kind of phone then selling em and getting your money back on the payment method you pay with.
Then do it again untill you have a starting capital about 2k. So for example buy 2x airpods like 4 times and u have 2k. Then continue refunding using different sites and refund macbooks. Keep refunding and selling the products. Then you can easily get 10k + if you do it right.
