Just use the fastest VPN out there. ALL VPNs, I repeat ALL VPNs have to log your IP at some point. Let me say it again: ALL VPNs LOG IPS AT SOME POINT. You just have to trust (and in OPSEC trust doesn't exist unless it's cryptographic) that they won't log it after you disconnect...

What's important is your OPSEC as a whole not just the VPN...
