I was just wondering what is the best way to make friends or get a girlfriend? I use tinder and other dating apps and have no luck whatsoever, I honestly have no idea what to do, Im under 21 so I can't go to bars and I dont think any clubs would allow me in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
