It really depends on method you want to use in my opinion. With LIT or Missing Item  they probably ban you if you try a 100+ refund. In my experience a safe limit with this method on fresh account is 80-90. If you try to boxing them or use FTID the safe limit is higher, something like 500-600 if you play it well. I've heard of refunder that managed to refund iphone pro on fresh account. But in my opinion it's a matter of luck and I wouldn't recommend it.
