What should I do if my PayPal was limited?

I just randomly gotten an email about my paypal being limited permanently. I didn't transfer a whole bunch of money and I didn't increase the amount I gotten either. I'm not sure what I should do because I really need my paypal back.

Edit : also were you using real infomation like real name real address etc?
Edit2 : were you using a public vpn? nordvpn expressvpn etc.

Yeah I was using real name, real address and stuff like that. I wasn't really doing anything, i got a few sales on my shoppy here and there but like nothing big. I think it might be relating about how I gave a guy on ebay a fortnite account and the info got changed and the guy filed a refund and stuff but i never payed it back and then somehow his ebay account was terminated and the negative balance from my paypal was removed.

Edit: nope i didn't use a vpn either

They will ask you to send the ID because they think that the account is not yours. However, they just limitate the account even you send the real papers. You have to wait about 180 days to withdraw your money.
