I'm mostly looking forward on making a marketplace. Shoppy & Shopify are good but they are not found in google searches. If I have a website I can SEO it for better results

A domain, a server to host the web pages and services that you wanna offer (usually this is built on top of Linux and PHP). Then depending on the services you wanna offer, you select components  accordingly. If you wanna run a blog then you can use the code offered by Wordpress, if you want to build an e-commerce platform there are plenty of platforms available for PHP.

So in the end it depends on exactly what you want to do and your skills.

Hello Sir, If you are looking to make a forum like cracked.to or nulled 

Wordpress will not work, it can work but it will not be 100% responsive
Moreover Wordpress is for bloggers, or someone who want to setup a shop.

Forum won't work on Wordpress, you cannot add  hide tags

I suggest MyBB or find a reseller buy a Xenforo license.

for a blog. Wordpress will suffice. But for a shop. Maybe shopify might be easier?
