bro even the latest most wanted was from 2012. spec requirements even for MW2012 are insanely low compared to those of forza horizon 5. post the actual spec sheet of the new pc then only can we recommend a game. but if i assume ur new build to be like decent enough - (i5 9+gen (or ryzen equivalent), rtx3050/1650/1660+ & 16gb ram) then u can try https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/
