You can get Kovaaks FPS Aim Trainer which is amazing if you want just on the browser, 3daimtrainer will have to do. Truly recommend kovaaks tho

If you got steam, as the above poster suggested, get Kovaaks. If you have Counter Strike Global Offensive you can download aim training workshops for free and shoot around, but that will only help you in CS GO I guess. It's good for improving reaction times for sure.
