Why the Staff is amazing in banning members rather than seeing the appeals

Recently my friend @JimmyColon just got banned by a moderator leechometer. I didn't see anything harmful or misleading in his threads. After being banned so many times
due to leeching. He finally mark his aim to support the community with everything he knew. But what the community do? Banned him? for no reason at all. The reason they told
is Cashlinks, Oh come on, he didn't know the meaning of cashlinks at all. @JimmyColon got tired of cracked Staff and said he would not return it. Its a request to all the staff members who
have a heart in them. Why banning a person who wanted to support your community?
