All dead :(
Support HelpIf you have been directed here, your account may be temporarily deactivated for the following reasons:
1. Multiple Logins or Subnets
This means you are either sharing your password, you password has been compromised or you are logged in from multiple locations. This is not allowed. We are very lenient on this setting, but it seems people still attempt to by pass our security measures. I won't tell you how many you would have to be using but it is over 20 subnets. So all the AOL surfers should not have problems.
2. Excessive Usage.
If you have triggered this you have exceeded the maximum allowed download per 24 hour period. It is not likely that was triggered unless you are downloading enourmous amounts of content. It is set at 25gb per day.
For help on reactivating your account e-mail customer service or call 888.387.5984
or by email: [email protected]
