Windscribe accounts with no e-mails as username?

This is possibly a normie question but i've using Windscribe for too long to know that emails can not be used as usernames, as all of the provided windscribe vpn hacks on the VPN section have emails as username
So can yall share normal username Windscribe premium accounts? That would be appreciated
