There's a bitch at work that has the audacity to complain about me using her desk to do some work - it's like 

Okay, she's a colleague and she works hard - sure, but we all share that desk and computer - at least 4 different people use it. And when she says i left something on "her desk" it's like, bitch why are you making this personal.

You could ask the other people using it if they got this kind of shit from her or if they agree with her in some way, get some perspective on this, maybe you accidentally intrude on her space and she doesn't know how to voice her thoughts properly?

If she is actually a huge bitch, you could complain to her about her doing the same thing(if she does) to hopefully subtly get the message across, but a safe bet would be to tell a higher up to take care of it.

That's one of the disadvantages of working in an office. You will meet great people who are very respectful or someone who doesn't care about others at all. My sister used to work in an office 3 years ago. She doesn't work there anymore due to a guy harassing her and other of her colleagues. Now she works there and has better conditions, is less stressed and made new friends. The amount of experience exchange she had is amazing. I'm very happy for her.
